We are looking for an HR Manager to be in charge of all HR matters across our company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Responsibilities & Duties
Consistently recruiting excellent staffs.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Must have 3+ years of HR experience at an independent level.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (with a focus in HR), or a degree & a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP or HR certificate. This is an absolute requirement. (the certification and/or degree/major or concentration in HR)
Commitment to Learning: A history of commitment to continuous education in HR.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills are needed. Competency in both Windows and iOS applications would be great.
Understanding and ability to use Trinet well.
